Our aquatic group fitness classes are designed around low impact. They are fun, energetic and social and can cater to older adults or younger people wanting a great cardio workout.

Please read our booking conditions below if you would like to attend more than one class each day.


Aquatic group fitness classes allow you to take part in a full-body, low-impact workout in a safe and gentle environment. Led by qualified instructions, our aquatic group fitness classes run for 45 minutes and are a great way to keep fit and healthy.

  • How to book your aquatic group fitness class
    1. Select the class you want to book using the links above.
    2. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
    3. You will automatically be directed to the 'Group Fitness' timetable which is located under 'Book'.
    4. Use the filter to select your aquatic group fitness class.
    5. Select 'Book now'.
    6. Select 'Book now' again.
      • Accounts with multiple payment plans will be prompted to select which individual they wish to register.
    7. Make payment (casuals only)
      • Pay for a single session via credit / debit card.

    Credit / debit card

    1. Enter your credit / debit card details.
    2. Make payment.
    3. You will receive an email confirming your booking.
  • Booking conditions
    • Bookings open five days prior to the class start time (to the minute).
    • Bookings open to members and non-members without exclusions/conditions and are based on time of booking.
    • Where two back-to-back Aqua Movers classes are taking place, you are able to book into one class in advance and request information on availability for the second class upon arrival on the day. Example: if you are booked into the 8:15am class and would like to also do the 9:15am class, please ask our customer service staff at reception when you first arrive. If there is space your name will be added to the booking system for the 9:15am class.

    Cancellation policy

    If you are booked into an Aqua Movers class and think you will not be able to make the class, please let us know at least one hour before the class so that we are able to notify patrons on the waitlist of availability

    No-show policy

    If there is a no show for the 8:15am or 9:15am class we will let you know if you are in the centre waiting to see if there is availability. Please let us know your interests upon arriving and we will let you know if a spot(s) become available before the class. Keep in mind that on occasions those booked for a class may run five minutes late.

  • Class guidelines
    • Be early, late entry is not permitted
    • Be prepared with your workout gear, towel and water bottle
    • Be respectful and supportive of your fellow participants and our talented instructors
    • Be upfront with your instructor about any physical limitations or injuries you may have, especially if you're pregnant
    • Let the instructor know if it’s your first time in a fitness class
    • The minimum age to attend aqua classes is 12 and must be a member
    • If you need to leave early, do so in a way that won’t impact others or the flow of the class
    • Put equipment away after the class
